Whepstead Hall

Description: The Grade II listing notes the following: Former manor C1500 with C17 alterations. Hall range with two cross-wings, two storeys. A complex house of several periods. Left hand parlour cross-wing C1500. Central Hall range rebuilt C17. Limestone fireplace with carved overmantel. Altered and extended to rear mid C20 . Listing by Historic England.

In 1844 the Hall was owned by William Bigsby.
